Amphora Garlands
‘Amphora Garlands’ is a necklace that sits on a ceramic amphora stand when it is not being worn on the body. The work is inspired by collections found at the Sir John Soane Museum, London.
Soane inspired carvings are studded on to a leather collar which articulate when worn on the body. The carvings are made using a digital carving method (explained in ‘about’)
Materials: Ceramic, Jesmonite, Leather
